Here we are at Kathy's blog. She has decided this would be a good way to keep her family and friends updated on the course of her newly diagnosed breast cancer. And, she will. Someday. Keep checking back. Honest. She will.
Thinking of you and wishing you didn't have to go through this journey. But knowing that you have the strength and great attitude to come out even stronger. And wishing that I bought Manny's old apartment.
Even if Denise had bought manny's old apartment....and the place became a UAL party house...I would still want my little wing at your house. Kathy, as Denise said, I know that your great outlook on things will help you (and all of us that love you) get through this "hiccup" as I prefer to think of Love Sarah
Hi Kathy so if Denise gets and apt there and Sarah has her own wing I'd be happy to be everyone's live in maid!!!! Just wanted to stop by to let you know I am thinking about you and if you need anything please let me know!
I wish I could write you with the words to make this all go away-but since it doesn't seem to work that way I will say that you are going to be in my thoughts and prayers each day. You have a wonderful network of friends because you are such a good friend to others. Let their good wishes be your medicine. Much love and hugs to you from both of us! Diana & Bill
Words don't come easily but I wanted to let you know that you are in my thoughts.....always one of my most favorite people. I know you will use your positive attitude and that coupled with your top notch support will help you to get through this nighmare. Our 32 year old daughter was diagnosed last July with Breast Cancer and after a single mastectomy and 4 rounds of chemo is doing really well. I know more about this disease than I ever thought necessary. This blog is a GREAT idea.
Kathy, it's been a long time and I'm sorry we have to catch up under these conditions. I've been through this with several family members now, and as I'm sure you've figured out, a positive attitude makes all the difference. You've got friends all over the place wishing you well! David Contarino PS Gabe and I want a guest wing in your place for our visits to BOS, esp. if Katie is the maid!!!
Hi Kathy! Irene phoned us yesterday with this horrible news and I'm sorry, sorry, sorry that you have this detestable disease! We were just dumbstruck! But Irene said you are a champ and you are strong and you have your wonderful Steve and lots of people who love you! Please keep up the blog, I think it's a great way for you to know how much everyone cares.
I'll talk to you when we get back to the Cape.
We love you Kathy, and I will pray for you every day.
